Really missing the point IMO, outdoor mixing in the fashion described is minimal risk...if you could see some of the "essential" businesses with office staff turning in then you would be right to be angry (At the government for allowing it).
We can't say the sea front is a problem and at the same time accept the benign series of mass gatherings in the summer. Bournemouth beach as a principal example.
