I might get myself through to Chester le street after Xmas. Was thinking that, on a flat course you probably would save 3 minute.
I did Spenny a couple of weeks ago for the first time in a while, and I'd forgotten how hilly it is. I normally do Sedgefield Hardwick that is slightly less hilly (apart from one which you have to do twice).Jubilee at spennymoor. It's a bit hilly.

Is Hartlepool a flat out and back one on the coast? If so I think that would suit me, help me pace, on a non windy day.I did that last week & was 3 mins down on the time I'd be aiming for at Hartlepool
It's absolutely that. All paved paths, no incline and nice sea views. Unless it's windy, obvs! I think they'll be back to free parking on the front for the winter as well now, if you're as tight as me about parking your car.Is Hartlepool a flat out and back one on the coast? been working abroad just got back to NE, went out monday got my PB for 10km, 54mins, chuffed, really been improving last few months
Its getting so cold like its a lot less enjoyable I think, really not a fan of treadmills though.
Love running in the cold. I sweat lots so it helps with that and I like wrapping up.
Believe me it's better running when it's cold instead of the heat and humidity. Just wear a base layer and leggings and you'll be fine, in fact you'll start to feel warm after about 10 minutes.think must be still getting used to it, been hot where I was.
Didnt have the best run tonight, 6km, time was OK but proper knackered, where sometimes I feel great
still not worked out why sometimes are a breeze and sometimes feel easy!
