Made the Korma a few weeks ago. I'm not really a fan of mild curries but it was really good. Used roasted cauliflower in it as well, lusherooney.

If you have a pressure cooker, it makes no smell at all. Anyway, extractor fan on and shut the kitchen door!

Great tip about the pressure cooker! Do you adjust the cooking time and does it make a difference to the overall flavour?

Yeh, i do half an hour. Only done it once, no big difference. But cheaper, faster and less mess.

I’m doing a curry night on Saturday. Doing the Ceylon, butter chicken and the vindaloo that doesn’t use base gravy. Best check how much I have in the freezer, might need to do a batch on Friday!

I do mine in the instant pot now, takes less time and there’s a lot less smell.

Me too.

The only bit I really hate is peeling the garlic and ginger to make a big batch of paste. Started using frozen stuff from asda now though
