Make An Indian Curry From Scratch - Al's Kitchen

Me too.

The only bit I really hate is peeling the garlic and ginger to make a big batch of paste. Started using frozen stuff from asda now though
I buy the massive jars either from the Indian supermarket or the world food aisle if they have them.
 


Anyone know where to get a decent pan from, same style as Al uses? I’m looking for a steel one with deep sides specifically for making curry.
