Fantastic idea - we could build a Penshaw Monument in it so people who hadn't been there could see what it was like. We could have a picnic area which was just a waste land with some burnt out cars and wrecked shopping trolleys and call it "Marley Pots Land" and then we could have a ride for the bairns called "Ya's just divvent Understand World" that had animated models of little Geordie people carrying "bouycout" banners and coffins and punching little model police horses and stuff.

its got fuck all to do with Disney

its been stalled more times than frijjs car

it just another theme park just like alton towers etc just more theming and resort style
 
Was a huge thread on this about a year ago. Iirc they were building one in Spain.
