That's precisely what they've had in Rafa over the past 3 years.
 
Even for the money not sure why rafa would stay not sure he would be short a quid and ashley not spending would make it easy decision now....

Same here, and I think he would be horrendous in the transfer market if he was given significant funds.
 
He’s one of the highest paid managers in world football, has absolutely no responsibility on his shoulders no matter what happens, and wants to work in the UK.

The man could literally lose 38 games next season and get no blame or criticism whatsoever.

He’ll be going nowhere.
