I am coming to SOL for my yearly visit. Wished it was a full house but will shout the lads on. I want to see them give 100%. Mind you Grayson is a complete dud.

I bet lots of people are torn between showing their loyalty to the club and sending those in charge a message by staying away.

Personally think Short and Bain deserve an empty stadium on match days but I'll never criticise anyone who wants to go to the game regardless of our predicament.

We've all had to put up with varying levels of shite for decades now, this season is nothing new, if anything it's the inevitability of it all that is so depressing.

Still, the match has (and always will be) a great excuse for a get together with the lads with a bit banter and a good drink, I usually forget about the 90 mins of dross we've had to endure until the next day.

Problem being with the big clubs getting more and more media coverage and us now living in a culture of everything now I fear that future generations will simply lose interest in the club if it continues the way it has for so long, they won't put the effort in to watch the dross we have become accustomed to for all these years....can't say I blame them neither as its not getting any cheaper to watch what gets served up every week.

Didn't go to the last 2 home games and didn't miss it one bit. There was once a time when even the thought of missing a home match would have killed me bit football was totally different back then and I don't have the same feelings I had for the club or its players as I did back then.

I wish I could knock the home games on the head at times. I'd gladly let someone use my seat if I wouldn't get grief.....they are suffered and merely tolerated as someone mentioned before, HABIT. It takes awaydays to light the fire.

Love going to the matches and seeing mates, having a drink and stuff. I'd never stop going, much though I might not always enjoy the football! Plus I always feel that when we eventually become decent (I know, probably won't ever happen) I'll enjoy it more knowing I stuck with it through times like this and the 15 point season. Only thing that would stop me going is if I couldn't afford it any more. Mind, I can fully understand why others might fuck it off, not exactly entertaining at the minute and hasn't been for years

Come to Forest Green tomorrow night you will be made welcome.
UTT.

As long as I can afford it, I will be there, miss Saturday game with Cardiff mind, just too busy with bairn/work/farm....back for Preston.

You're relatively active on here mind. How can you not know or be interested in how the lads have done, that being the case? Genuine question, I'm just curious.

No matter how shit, and I remember the 3rd div season all too well, I'm unable to distance myself to that degree.
It was, to me a nothing, especially with regard to the way our team is and recent results. Truth is, I was very busy and forgot about it.

I'm afraid I'm stuck with it ... And I mean 'afraid'. The highlights from last night are horrifying.
