This fella is fast.

I don't really. Now again if I fancy a chewy cookie like they sell at millies etc. The bairns can eat the Maryland shite.
It's lies I reckon.

It took me over a minute to get a stubborn bit of skin off a garlic clove yesterday, and that was after flattening the hower wi me knife.

I do it all by hand.... the dough is easy to make... leave it in the bowl under the stairs by the boiler to prove and then ready to go. I find the hardest part actually stretching the dough into a circle.. get right oddball shapes but they come out absolutely delicious..

just have your over whacked up really high before they go ion.. cooked in 7-8 minutes. no need for gadgets

if anything maybe just get a pizza stone you can use in the oven.... put it in to get hot before putting the pizza on it
I use a roller.

Better than a bit torn up mozzarella, basil and tomato? I don't f***ing think so mate.

...which is a Neapolitan pizza. I'd much prefer that to a pizza coated in toppings like, the simpler the better. There's simply no way a frozen pizza from Lidl will be better than a home made one like. I get that they're more convenient though.

Whilst frozen pizzas have also come on leaps and bounds in recent years, it's the ones in the fridges that I was on about.
