I thought that as well because the outside crust, but it's because I forgot to brush it with oil. Still tasted decent.

There are no visible chunks of garlic or any traces of oregano, or any other herbs or flavourings. Also would have liked to see some melted mature cheddar on there for enhanced cheesiness. Mozzarella, although great for stretchiness, just doesn't cut it as a real cheese. Also, only a few slices of some kind of Mediterranean sausage? You need some variety. Try some smoked bacon lardons.

Apart from that, it looks, er, underwhelming. Depends what you expectations are. Good for you for trying, it'll get better.
