A) This didn't happen

B) It's illegal to shoot down an aircraft no matter how high or low it is, and as far as the CAA UK is concerned a UAV is classed as an aircraft..

If I can shoot it down, it's within 50m of me. Therefore illegal.

Two wrongs make a right.

A right f***ing laugh seeing you waddle towards the shattered remnants of your drone with tears in your eyes.

Another one who thinks he knows the CAA rules for Drones, it doesn't matter how high or low the drone is it's still illegal to shoot it down, it would be up to you then to PROVE beyond a doubt that the drone was within 50m of you which you couldn't so you'd be the one who'd end up getting slung in jail for destruction of property and endangerment of life..
