70% diet 30% training, so imagine how hard your training, you want to be putting twice as much effort in getting your food intake right.
Dont worry to much about counting calories, and what burns the most, as long as your eating right, training hard and playing footy you'll be okay. Count the calories when your cutting.
Carbs are just as important in increasing muscle mass as protein. To much cardio while tryna gain muscle is going tor eally set you back. Remember a weights session burns a shit load of calories, especially legs.
u need to eat at 9am,12,3,6,9 30grams of protein min, and about the 60g of carbs reducing it by 10grams with each meal as the day goes on. Do that til june, then reduce your carbs loads smash the hiit cardio for one month ... come july your ready to rock n roll. Orossos workout is a good one to follow, or if u check that thread i put on about 5x5 compound lifts. Bicep curls, shoulder raisers, and tri pull down's should be forgotten for now, heavy compound exercise, you need to shock your body into a state of growth. Don't neglect legs (something i find very hard to do witht he amount of footy we play and definitely effect my performance in games)
I'm blabbering on now could go on all day lol.
i'd argue that military press is a compound move mind.
he meant that bicep curls, shoulder raises and tri pull downs should be forgotten as they're not heavy compound moves. I'd agree with the arms but not the shoulders.I'd argue that you knew exactly what he meant.
you don't want none of this.......come on stallion!orosso and supersesh should fight. that's what I reckon.
or a squat contest although 61 kgs would win itorosso and supersesh should fight. that's what I reckon.
The protein is around £15/16 and will last around a month. The new stuff is in quite small bottles, so I imagine it would be quite a bit more for that lot if I took it regularly, but I got the bundle for £20. I'll probably never take any of these things again after this lot though, unless they're fantastic.
Yeah, I've tried that stuff. It's really good and does motivate, but it's lethal. Makes your face go all red and itchy too. It's more to do with muscle power than anything iirc, gives you that "pumped feeling" to go for extra reps.
