Why does it always seem to be the anterior cruciate that "goes" and not the posterior or lateral ?

Even if a perfect repair is made, there will always be that doubt. I did my medial ligaments, my club at the time paid for the physio (thank god) and got my knee back to square one, but I was always less than hasty going in for a tackle after that.

I was the same when I snapped my ACL. I was completely knackered for about a year then it was always in the back of my mind. Still the outcome now is usually a lot better than it was years ago.
