And also for people who have not had the direct debit payment taken for renewal, the ticket office told everyone to go down after the 9th of May to sort it, luckily I phoned up and got through after being on hold for over 50 minutes(a actually gave up after an hour in the morning), and they sorted payment. The ticket office/system is simply not fit for purpose.

My mate can't get into his account and he's not getting emails (Gmail). So if he set a new account up with his existing details it won't affect anything will it? He'll be able to still get a ticket ok?

Can someone not add him to their network and sort him out?
 
One person sorting hundreds of telephone queries a day and one sorting out thousands of email queries per day? You probably don't work in resource planning then.

No I don't, but the club clearly need someone that does, as the current system must be the most inefficient way humanly possible to deal with this sort of thing regularly.

- phones
- emails
- In person
- online system

There should be all of these options available at all times , especially in weeks like this week. Even if it's just the minimum amount of people on each one.

They seem to want to only have one option available at any time, and bounce between them all
