I think you'll need to log on as him. Same thing happened to me this morning, my lad logged on separately and bought his own ticketApologies if the question has already been asked but hoping someone can help. Trying to get mine and the bairn's ticket but his is not coming up as being reserved. He's in my network etc but can't find anyway to secure his seat. What a shambles man.
Your better off asking an accountant thst mate, think Man U have an opt in/out scheme so just use same method they doThey can't do that as they can't take payment by any method other than an opt in.

They emailed me after I payed for my Luton tickets saying, Digital tickets will be sent to your email address shortly after receiving this email. If you don't, which I haven't, email (their email address). How will I get my tickets if they're going to be off till next week?
If friends and family in your network need you to get there tickets you need to select them in your network and click to manage there tickets instead of assign tickets, they will receive an email to log into there account to approve the request.He was already in my network but for some reason there was no option to get his seat for Luton, just mine.

It's for the Luton ticket queueBeen trying last night and all morning to purchase my reserved ticket and keep receiving error message on my account....Just logged on again to be informed that I can't access the site and been placed in a queue where there are 748 in front of me..It says when I eventually reach my turn in the queue I have 10 minutes access only.....More or less at the point where I'm not going to bother going on Saturday the biggest game of the season

What’s the min notice ? Shame as think allot would use it given the hassle people seem to be havingI am an accountant. The only way you can work an opt out is if everyone is on DD, and there's enough time to give statutory notice of the payments to be taken. In our case, neither of those conditions can be met for the Luton game.
