Can someone not add him to their network and sort him out?
Get him (or you) to PM me - and I see if I can sort it out. Not sure if it'll allow you to have two accounts with same Cust IDMy mate can't get into his account and he's not getting emails (Gmail). So if he set a new account up with his existing details it won't affect anything will it? He'll be able to still get a ticket ok?
Request to MANAGE or ASSIGN comes to the email address not the SAFC ticketing accounti don't think this works without the user accepting permission from within their account. i'd forgotten my password yesterday and my dad had tried to add me to his network to sort it to no avail. i eventually stumbled across my password 40/50 attempts later and there was a request in my account that i had to accept to give my dad permission to do anything etc

I meant in general, thought you (or someone) mean, you needed to authourise from within the SAFC account. Its via email but of course if its GMAIL, ya kind screwednot if your on Gmail it doesn't. i never got any email about it but when I eventually got into my account the request was sitting there to accept

Email will be sent within minutes (unless you on GMAIL and are having issues)
Email will say digital tickets to follow, but the club overruled this and stated all current (22/23) ST will be activated.
Anyone else SHOULD receive Digital/PDF/Print at Home Tickets
