Been served at ticket office, explained issue with the “common delivery method” error that people are having and explained if they could put this right then it would reduce their workload but they wernt intereted. My tickets sorted now
Unbelievable. There’s elderly people in our group who haven’t a clue and the people who are capable of sorting it are at work and can’t get in contact. At this minute in time I feel like not bothering.
I’ve done everything people have advised on the this thread and it still doesn’t work.
