Tickets (Playoffs H & A)


Been served at ticket office, explained issue with the “common delivery method” error that people are having and explained if they could put this right then it would reduce their workload but they wernt intereted. My tickets sorted now

Unbelievable. There’s elderly people in our group who haven’t a clue and the people who are capable of sorting it are at work and can’t get in contact. At this minute in time I feel like not bothering.
I’ve done everything people have advised on the this thread and it still doesn’t work.
 
Suppose the thought is that you would be signed up for a direct debit for your season ticket and then you could be automatically charged if / when a home cup game comes up.

But it’s not quite as simple as that so probably wouldn’t work in reality

It's not. They'd have to advise you of the amount etc, before taking the money, and the legal requirement is two weeks notice. Not to mention the large numbers of ticket holders who pay in full, and for whom the club have no bank details. I can see the logic in your suggestion, but it's simply not feasible.

They emailed me after I payed for my Luton tickets saying, Digital tickets will be sent to your email address shortly after receiving this email. If you don't, which I haven't, email (their email address). How will I get my tickets if they're going to be off till next week?

Phase one

Priced from £23 for Adults and £8 for Under-16s, 2022-23 season ticket holders will be able to secure their seat until 10am on Thursday 11 May.

2023-24 season ticket holders will also be able to purchase one ticket in during this phase.

Phase two

All supporters registered to SAFC’s ticketing database will be able to purchase up to four tickets in the remaining seats from 12noon on Thursday 11 May.

Please be advised that the fixture will be removed from sale from 10am-12noon on Thursday 11 May to allow time to release any season ticket seats not purchased during phase one.

The easiest way to secure your seat is via the online ticket office

Tickets are also available in-person via the Stadium of Light ticket office, which will be open from 10am-5pm on Monday-Friday.

Due to the timeframe from the on-sale date to the fixture, fans are advised that tickets will not be available via telephone.

If you have a query or would like to speak to a member of the ticketing team, please visit the Stadium of Light ticket office and note that all phonelines and email inboxes will be closed during the sales period.

If you took your own season card seat then your Season card will be activated
 
Apologies if the question has already been asked but hoping someone can help. Trying to get mine and the bairn's ticket but his is not coming up as being reserved. He's in my network etc but can't find anyway to secure his seat. What a shambles man.

Had to log in to each individual account to purchase them separately

They are not answering any and might put block on incoming, Luton are ticketmaster default emails

Click on his name and select manage account, he will get an email to confirm
