if you have forgot your email and login, then the only way to get your ticket is to go down and join the queue. thats the problem.
if they had staff answering the phones and emails then the queue would be a fraction of its size.
Then use "forgotton" password. Its usually your Cust ID number for username. Of course, if its a GMAIL email then not much can do part from bombard poor old Chris Waters, or go and queue.
