Tattoos - Yes or No

I've got a half sleeve and a few others dotted about. To be honest i hardly ever notice them. I also f***ing love women with full sleeves and the top of their chests done. It proper floats my boat.

I'm not bothered what people do to themselves, it's their choice, to be honest the only thing I'm not keen on is those f***ing git big lug hoop things, I saw a lass in the shops a few days who had them out and had two f***ing horrible flaps wobbling about where her ear lobes used to be, I actually retched:lol:...
They’re horrible aren’t they?!? I’ve got a customer who stretched hers until one of them snapped......turns my stomach a little tbh.

What do you specialise in ? I've got a photo of my 2 kids at the beach and it's quite detailed and I want it tattooed on my arm but I'm too nervous of getting it in case I don't like the job.
Not portraits. ;)

Have a look for someone who specialises in portraiture and realism. I don’t really do it enough to back my ability on such an important piece. You may want to think about a bigger space on your body, too, as portraits need to be a decent size (it’s not like drawing on paper). I wouldn’t try to do a realistic face any smaller than 4 inches.

I don't do Instagram.... can you post your favourite?
Not without a banning. Join Instagram, it’s the best social media there is imo.

Pah he's right like. I don't do anything under 4"... what's the point?

I have several piercings but they are mostly invisible so are purely functional if quite pretty.
I have some tattoos which are again functional as opposed to an adornment.

There are good and bad in all piercings and tatts and I enjoy seeing great body art on others and even more I love seeing f***ing rubbish ones.

Not even your ears?

I thought I was unusual not getting my ears pierced until I was 18.

How on earth can a tattoo be functional?

Ok cheers. I've been pondering it for about 3yrs now so it's not something I'm rushing into and if I'm honest I'll probably never get done but if someone could guarantee they'd do it exact I'd go for it.

Someone like John Anderton in Seaham would do it exact, but he can be difficult to get in with. Be prepared to pay a lot of money though, photo-realistic work is expensive and can take a few sittings.

To be honest, my feeling on photo realistic tattooing is....it’s very skillful and very impressive, but why not just look at the original photo? I love bold sailor tattoos, the sort that look good 20 years down the road. Tattooing has its own style and artform and too many people have decided that anything can be tattooed and often end up with wishy-washy stuff, which is neither here nor there. Tattoos should be striking and in-your-face. That’s all my opinion of course, don’t take me too seriously.

Ah right so basically I’m being a big fanny then?
That’s a ‘yes’ from me, brah.

Had toyed with the idea but I'm concerned about the inks used being linked to cancer and whatnot, there is research being done to outline the risks etc.
