Wtf has parking restrictions got to with it? Every other business is ower the moon with the massive increase in footfall over the next few days. He doesn't get any customers cos his place is shit. I walked straight past it yesterday and went to the cake place opposite the pier instead. Even if there wasn't an alternative I would have still walked straight past.

Marina Vista restaurant seem to be taking a polar opposite outlook on this than him despite any problems he would have they would have too.
