I think i've got a bit of tendinitis in my left foot. :cry:

Only 2 weeks until the marathon and i've not had any niggles in a year.
 


Restarted my comeback (again) after the last months shite weather. Nothing too hard for the first few times, just a couple of 2 mile loops from the house at a relatively poor pace.
Hardest bit is knowing what i used to be able to do and not getting anywhere close to it now.

It'll come back quicker than you think.
 
I came back from 5 month out back in May, I've done races and marathons but wasn't at my racing weight or pace, just started properly clicking in February really. 9 months!!!
9 month !! Sod that, I'm going back on the cake and pies.
