This one is not on rightmove any more, but I'm sure it was up for £1.5m. I know if I had that sort of money, buying that right next to the M2 would be bottom of my list.

Mine's almost 10m high. I found it very strange when I first moved here - I suppose it's because there's more room so houses tend to be more spread out.

This house near us has been on the market for 6/7 years. It's at least 50k over priced. I'm certain it was on for 30k less as well a couple of years back. Bizarre....looks priced not to sell

It looks dark and dingy inside and I hate the kitchen. Maybe people are put off as they think it would need a lot of work to appeal to their tastes?
