Mine's almost 10m high. I found it very strange when I first moved here - I suppose it's because there's more room so houses tend to be more spread out.

It looks dark and dingy inside and I hate the kitchen. Maybe people are put off as they think it would need a lot of work to appeal to their tastes?

Spent the day in a £17m penthouse in Chelsea.

The owner had sold it but the person buying it failed some kind of money laundering test.

Owner is not stressed about that which surprised me. Said he'll just wait for the next Oligarch or Arabian Princess to come along.

It used to have a proper lift in it originally.
Was about 15 or so years ago. He sent Jimmy 5 bellies to see it for him. Iirc he ended up buying one of the top floor flats on Marina or North haven.
