no need to do music if you are decent. look at the state of the place.. 50k investment and a potential gold mine.

cheap and cheerful has had its day..

this has loads of potential especially at an 18 year lease including rates of 5k a year.

again just stick in 20k investment.. nice furniture and less of a tat shop

This one is not on rightmove any more, but I'm sure it was up for £1.5m. I know if I had that sort of money, buying that right next to the M2 would be bottom of my list.

this unusual detached cottage located in an unusual area of Hendon

Unusual is a good description. I love way they made the pool room/bar then couldn't find anywhere to keep the washing machine so put that in there too. Like having your own little pub/laundrette.
