Even if they test negative.Anybody that was in he’s group or close to him then yes the guidelines state 15 minutes contact they have to isolate for 2 weeks ???
The owld smb. Making their own rules up.well it’s actually true so I don’t think there’d be much harm in thinking it
Even if they test negative.
The owld smb. Making their own rules up.
ffs
Worse than the people who think the pubs should shut.
So why test? Here’s a tip mate. Instead of reading the press just look at the gov site or nhs site. What are you talking about mate if you’ve been in contact with someone it’s essential to isolate for 14 days as can test positive anytime within that time frame surely you know that the amount it’s been in the press ??
So you could test negative on the 3rd day then the 6th day still doesn’t mean you won’t test positive on the 8th day that’s why it’s essential to isolate for 14 days

The lads name was subtlety hinted at on here by @Harbour Boy it didn't take people long to work it out. I thought doing that was pretty poor. Locals knew who it was early on and he was goven a bit of grief from those who use the pub regularly. It probably didn't need to go any further than that.It appears the usual tits on social media have crossed the line. Threats are never the answer

Read it again mate. Here’s a tip mate take your own advice and have a look on the government website
What to do when you get your test result
If you test negative (the test did not find coronavirus):
keep self-isolating for 14 days from when you were last in contact with the person who has coronavirus – as you could get symptoms after being tested
anyone you live with can stop self-isolating if they do not have symptoms
anyone in your support bubble can stop self-isolating if they do not have symptoms
How to avoid catching and spreading COVID-19
Read NHS advice about how you can reduce your risk of catching COVID-19 and spreading it to other people.www.nhs.uk
Thats the link for the website aswell mate just incase you want to have a good read of it
The only part I agree with you on is it is pointless getting a test really

A bit of grief is nothing if somebody catches the virus and it makes its way to someone who dies as a result of it though. You’re talking major negligence and, frankly, ignorance mixed with selfishness. Look at the wider effects of this virus too. Businesses closing and people losing jobs. The pubs he’s been in have lost revenue just by him going in for a few jars. Needs something more than a bit of grief from a regular. Naming and shaming isn’t the answer though. The lads name was subtlety hinted at on here by @Harbour Boy it didn't take people long to work it out. I thought doing that was pretty poor. Maybe, maybe not. My point was giving his name out so people can trial him on social media is a bit pathetic. Strangers who don't even drink in the pub all of a sudden become the hard lad. People who know him and drink there will deal with it.Deserve more than that.
Wants a slap and a fine. Little selfish fucker.

The only people who can tell his mates to isolate for the full 14 days after a negative test are test and trace people, considering no one who had contact with him will have been tested by test and trace yet I doubt anyone will know. Especially posters on here. So stop guessing what his mates will have to do because then it becomes internet law. And it will cause more shit.Done it read the full thing what part are you talking about ?

They check if someone has been in close proximity for more than 15 minutes, if not, there is still a chance of infection but it seems to be quite small. Agree he should not have been out, once he needed a test he needed to self isolate.Ana couple lads that were in cavalier around the same time rang public health and been told they dont have to isolate. Whats the point in track and trace then?

Mate you are not getting this man. How on earth do you know he’s been in close contact with his mates? So there was nothing on that site to back your claim up in reality ??
Answer this He’s been in close contact with he’s mates he’s been tested positive should he’s mates isolate for 14 days ??
Mate you are not getting this man. How on earth do you know he’s been in close contact with his mates?
you are guessing. So then it becomes some surreal law where the lads he’s been out with start getting grief for not isolating. I will say it again. Once a negative test result as been given Only test and trace can tell you to isolate for the full 14 days.
Name and shameApparently the Cavalier and the Cricket Club(?) are definitely shut because of him. Was showing symptoms, was awaiting results and still went out. And some people are still advocating relying on the common sense approach when so many don't have a jot of it. What a f***ing cock, putting others at risk like that.
PHE guidelines are that if you have been in contact with someone who has symptoms (under 2m for 15 mins or 1m for any time) then you self isolate until their test results come back. If they come back positive then it’s 14 days from the contact, if they test negative then you end your isolation. If you need to get tested yourself and it comes back positive then your isolation is reduced to 10 days.Do you really think this or are you winding people up mate?
