It’s not the victim’s property, should be clarified, but I agree - surely if the owner of the property makes a complaint it becomes a crime?

Possibly they’re scared of making a complaint unfortunately, as well.

Once again, the flowers were removed by locals in Rothbury who had similarly complained about them being there.
