Is he actually earning anything from the mags? Probably losing money spending £40m on the likes of Joel Linton and then a fortune on the frog. Think this is why he always holds out for the sum he considers he is owed

Reckon that's more than covered by the prem TV money, plus they have actually done well making money in the transfer market over the years. "Net spend" and all that shite.

He'll be earning absolutely f***ing loads from them.

The club is a huge asset too. Free global advertising for Sports Direct anorl.

The only blessing for them about him is that he's competent at running a business and won't ever have them in our situation.

If we're playing the "who has the worst owner" game, they're still in the Prem, and we're about mid-table League 1....... so they should be careful what they wish for.

Always context though. We aren't in administration so to some other clubs we have/had it absolutely fine.

I think he doesn’t fully care about football in general. What he seems to be good at is knowing where his bread is buttered. He took zero chances on staying down as there is less money to be made there. Football is a business in his eyes and he fully intends to stay where the money is. Goofy supporters that want him gone need only to look 14 miles south to see what a real shambles looks like.
