Leicester City PSR breach.

They’re getting closer in set up to both each other and to UEFAs rules anarl apparently.

What it needs are punishments that make it unwise to even consider pushing your luck and a willingness for the other clubs to back the PL and FL in giving cheating clubs a reet shoeing. Plus of course the rules and punishments explained in press conferences before the season then have them easily available in a lecture type form on websites so that even the thickest fan can’t point the finger at anyone but their clubs owners once an offence is discovered.

I think the 3yr roll over rule is just coming into its jurisdiction. Though you may well be right.
100% agree, really the rules should come from Fifa and be world wide and just cover all football teams, even if UEFA just forced all leagues to implement their rules it would be better. How we have got to this situation where each country has different rules and punishments is a joke.

PL situation is a joke how they created the rules without a known punishment is stupid. I'd love to think fans would want clubs to stick to them and be sensible but you'll still get thousands wanting the club to risk the family silver to get success. I agree the punishment needs to really scare off anyone even risking it though.
Is it likely to be a points deduction this season or next?
Would be next season (if they go up) efl and PL have different rules and you can't be punished by the PL whilst in the efl. Sure a few teams in the past have broken efl rules but by the time they've submitted accounts have been in the PL so kinda got away with it.

The funny thing about the EPL statement is that they're now adding that Leicester didn't submit their auditted accounts.

Considering how long this has been going on and that it hasn't been mentioned before, did they ask for them initially ? And if so, how long did Leicester have to submit them ?

Could also ask why they haven't given them over unless there's something they don't want to show ??!! #conspiracytheorists'r'us

So Leicester think they found a loop hole by getting relegated and are pissed off the EFL have charged them and are surprised the EPL have now charged them.
Perhaps they should have stuck by the sustainability rules when In the EPL and then cut their spending when relegated.

Forest are using the same argument against their points deductions too.

Their breach would have benefitted their championship campaign surely?

Demote them all the way down to the bottom for me.

It's being questioned why a penalty isn't awarded to their Championship campaign.

BUT the EPL and EFL are separate structures so while Leicester benefitted from the EPL overspend, the EFL have no way of penalising them.

And still City (the current darlings of football) will probably have enough clout to get away with it. Scooby Doo and the gang need to lend a hand here
Premier league wants the best club in the world to be in their league, so will turn a blind eye to them. It stinks to high heaven. Creative accounting by a lot of clubs, just using a smoke and mirrors to appear compliant when really they're like Ian Beale in Ibiza during transfer windows.

It’s farcical now mind 😂 just going after the little lads whilst Chelsea and City are gaming it all like fcuk.

I’ll say it again PSR / FFP will be fucked off within a couple of years. Utter joke
