Leicester City PSR breach.

Get them punished before they go up. 10 points deduction waiting for them if they get there.

Welcome lads, unlucky.

This gaming of finances is becoming the norm now. I’m surprised there hasn’t been legal action taken against the unfair advantage that relegated premiership clubs have over the other Championship clubs

Need the 20 and 72 to be under 1 organisation or atleast have 1 set of rules and punishments already in place with it not depending if you are in a certain league to get punished.

Presumably just a coincidence that all these investigations, fines, and points deductions have started being dished out now that there's a real possibility of an independent regulator being introduced.

A synic would think that the corrupt bastardst don't want an independent regulator to be introduced, and can govern themself against cheats (when they can be arsed).

They’re getting closer in set up to both each other and to UEFAs rules anarl apparently.

What it needs are punishments that make it unwise to even consider pushing your luck and a willingness for the other clubs to back the PL and FL in giving cheating clubs a reet shoeing. Plus of course the rules and punishments explained in press conferences before the season then have them easily available in a lecture type form on websites so that even the thickest fan can’t point the finger at anyone but their clubs owners once an offence is discovered.

I think the 3yr roll over rule is just coming into its jurisdiction. Though you may well be right.

So Leicester think they found a loop hole by getting relegated and are pissed off the EFL have charged them and are surprised the EPL have now charged them.
Perhaps they should have stuck by the sustainability rules when In the EPL and then cut their spending when relegated.

It’s a complete farce now, both of last seasons automatic spots were taken by clubs which didn’t comply with various rules.
