Learn the E Minor Pentatonic scale then you will be flying, its not difficult but it takes practise to play it accurately. Les Pauls sound bloody lovely around and above the 12th fret.

Just got rid of a Breedlove dread I didn’t want and bought a Taylor GS Mini. Great sound from such a tiny little guitar. Neck feels slightly cramped compared to a full size but good to practice with.

Try a NUX GP 1 and any normal electric guitar.
