Normally the issue is motivation, the sole reason why most people think "bollocks to it" and don't bother.
I don't see a problem with people taking something to kick them up the arse. Along with half the population I cant function in the morning without a cup of coffee, doesn't mean there's something wrong with me.

fuck using this stuff, went to the gym with a lad who was on this on Friday, couldn't stop itching his face, its boarder line illegal. My regular gym partner is on assault, bit less intensity but still does the job
Yes, he would of been itching his face due to the beta-alanine, which is a perfectly safe ingredient.
think you missed my point, itching the face is fine, the other ingredients within the supplement arent....
It seemed like you we're attributing the itching of the face to some sort of harmful ingredient, I was simply pointing out it wasn't. Also the main issue with Jack3d is the mega-dosing of 1,3. Most of the other ingredients are perfectly safe.
Yep, 1,3 is the issue. Mega-dosing it alongside other stimulants such as caffeine is also a big no-no. Sometimes I need a bit of a kick-up the arse before training, but consistently abusing Jack3d (which like most pre-workouts is overpriced) is retarded imo. Enjoy having stim-dick
straight black coffee should be enough imo.
Depends on the person, some people aren't as sensitive as others. For me, 250mg of caffeine every now and again will suffice.
