Jack Clarke

Always expected him to go but my goodness, that is a criminal fee. And Michael Walker will be spot on. Indeed, his tweet was as good as written by his source at the club.
Oh, he’s got previous?

Does seem bizarre someone trying to pretend that’s a good deal for us. It’s truly awful.

I’m wondering if they’ve identified Isidor and now that they’re confident they can get him over the line that they think now is the time to cash in on Clarke.
It seems it’s a sell to buy in place now at the club. Almost think speakeasy might be doing a decent job if he’s hands are tied so much with actual money to spend.

He's an impeccable sources as far as journos go. I imagine he will have got the info on the proviso he tries to paint it in a positive light.

People thought the club would let him run his deal down

They're absolutely skint man and terrified his price drops 5m.

Joke scenario after a good few weeks. Never lasts.
I'm not sure anyone thought they'd let his deal run down, and we've not sold him for the quoted price yet. We could just wait until whatever happens, happens and then judge?

Which is one of the reasons they'll be desperate to sell before his value drops.

How many clubs have gone this summer without spending a penny in fees?

Like they were with Stewart? Stop crying on man.

So, we are only the side not spend a fee yet.. However, 11 Teams have received more in Fees than they've spent and of those who have spent more than they've received only 2 have spent over £5m total...

Would you feel more comfortable if we'd brought Alan Browne in for £4m?
