Keep the sauce very simple. No strong flavours. You add that in toppings

You're undercooking the crust by the looks. I'd leave it under the grill a bit longer (I'm assuming you're using the frying pan method here).

Lidl triple pack £2.50,basic cheese and they're lovely,add stuff if you want
Neighbour built an oven in the middle of the garden,its like a mini mosque

Anchovies mackerel, prawns mussels....olive oil and basil...fantastic(only if you like fish tho!)
