Genuine question to anyone who knows about the condition(s), I've never considered it before.

It really would depend on the level of severity. As @Uromastyx has just said, there may have been special arrangements made for him to be on the flight.

No a logical assumption .If this is his normal behaviour and he had been escorted to the check in.It would have been noted and its unlikely all this would happen .

No expert on learning difficulties,he may come under behaviour issues .He managed to learn to be superior to certain people and he does a cracking job of laying it down

His pattern of speaking, tone of voice, facial expressions, body language and lack of social awareness are big indicators in my opinion.
