Bit of a washout yesterday round Ennerdale Water before I had an explore round Eskdale where I was staying the night. Thankfully a lot nicer at Coniston today. Little over 50km hiked the last 2 days and upto 123/214 Wainwrights now

Just walked along the river, found an old guy on the path bleeding from a cut where he had fallen, having a stroke 
sad thing was his adult son, non verbal autistic was beside his dad oblivious.Phoned him an ambulance which thankfully came quickly.

Almost knackered at the moment. Ultrasound showed inflammation on left heel with plantar fascia seemed ok. Podiatry in a few weeks. Awaiting NHS physio. Going to push for MRI scan next. Just got to keep fingers crossed I can get this sorted soon.

What timescale have you given yourself mate?
I was on the 7a.m to 10a.m shift this morning, and have been for a walk along the promenade at the Headland, at Old Hartlepool.
I'm off work tomorrow and will be going for a walk, from the marina to Seaton Carew.

3 days, which includes the train over to Carlisle. So 20/20/14 miles per day.
Was just getting a quick wash before heading for a walk in locations as yet undecided. Then my back went. Bastad!

We left a motorbike there this morning for when get there tomorrow night to ride back to hotel at top
