Its bugged, meant to say at least 1 point per player. Think it works on console but not on either of the apps.

New for this year's game, most players have secondary positions they can play in and can be changed using a position modifier. It's really handy this year as there's RBs who can play CB, LBs who can play RB, STs who can play LW etc. That mixed with the new chemistry system gives you more options for squad building.
