Been refreshing the pages all day to keep up to date, chuffed for him. A 472.5kg dead, one event from the last with a stiff bar is insane.

Deadlift from a platform but with stupidly sized weights. Any idea if it equalled out to the same ROM as a regular pull?

Looks standard albeit a really long bar to fit all the plates on. No deficit and standard plates, can't see the thickness of the bar though
