Donald not responding to takeover offers?

doing / saying nothing for 18 months has let it get worse, to the point where it is now an utter shambles. Not sure how fans / Rawa etc. having their say makes it worse now - something has to be done
What has got worse, we've gone from a club making a loss to financial stability. The fans anger seems to be just because we missed out on promotion and a dodgy article from the daily mail.

We are the exact issues and what is the 'something' that has to be done?

Well I'd say finishing in our lowest ever position for a start.

that was down to covid, Were we not 3 points/1game of second when things got closed down?
Financially stable?????? There are more questions than answers on that front.
What questions?

We lost £20m in 2018, they've turned that around. It was obviously going to be painful, but the alternative was bankruptcy.

Why did we need a 10m loan, that doesn't suggest we're financially stable ? Where is the missing parachute payments. Not all of it can be accounted for.
Let's not get into the different versions of how they acquired the club.

As for the playing side and our recruitment...
Also the academy is an absolute joke.

The £10m loan was an investment, it makes us more stable.

The parachute payments are not missing. It very simple, when they bought the club off short, the parachute money was used as part of that deal. Whilst a lot of people have been fooled by the daily mails spin on that, let put it in context. As part of this deal where the parachute payments were used, we wrote off £137M of debt. For me that's an outstanding piece of business.

If you were buying the club and someone said give me the parachute money and I'll write off £137M, would you agree? Think about the alternative.

Our form wasn't good but we need to face up to the reality that the club has to break even financially, which has meant a lot of hard decisions. There isn't a queue of billionaires waiting to lose £20+M a year on us.
Seen the accounts have we?

The club didn't borrow that money. Madrox borrowed it, and used it to buy £9m of new shares in Sunderland. You can fairly ask why Madrox borrowed the money. It actually represents part of the parachute being repaid to the club.
