Crowd for sat

It was like this at Wembley, some were sauntering back to their seats with 65 minutes on the clock after going down on about 35 minutes. I only know because I was sat by the stairwell and kept getting my view blocked by these people.
I've heard a few say that now. I think it would be a bad idea allowing people to have drinks in their seats too. It would just end up with people going backwards and forwards to the toilet. If they ever bring it in maybe it should be designated areas.

It’s embarrassing, folk on here and twitter saying how great we are, best fans in the land, one more big game whether we’ve been crap or not lately and people suddenly want to give up? Deserve all the stick that will come our way
no its not embarrassing at all, we are finally sick of the hype put out by the club our football is crap but this club think they can continually pull the wool over our eyes, then feed us horse shit for entertainment because we are so stupidly loyal

I haven't bought a ticket yet, and still in two minds whether to go.

My reservations about the manager started at the Luton home game. There were quite a few threads on here after that game saying the same. However, everyone who questioned Ross was met with abuse, as if we were being disloyal to Stewart and co - which is ridiculous. Many of the comments were bang on, and have been proven since. But all debate was silenced by a self righteous minority. Those same people are now all over here and social media, telling everyone who hasn't bought a ticket that they are a shit fan.

I recognise that after years of hiring and firing manager after manager, we have to give someone a chance to build. The only downside to this, is that it leaves us vulnerable to sticking with an under-performing manager, and i would give a resounding 2/10 for the way Jack Ross has us limping into the play-offs, devoid of all momentum.

After over 40 years and 1000 games as a Sunderland fan, i'm comfortable with anybody thinking i'm a shit fan if i decide not to go - especially if you were one of the ones who tried to stifle any debate.

It's entirely you're decision on whether you go or not mate. With over 1000 games to your name and 40 years service no-one would call you a shit fan.

However, no-one is going tomorrow to support Jack Ross, we're going to support Sunderland. The person in charge is pretty immaterial.

Hello everyone.

A few months ago there was a link on here which showed the number of seats sold for each home game. It also showed where in the stadium the seats had been sold.

It was an informative link but I lost it.

Does anyone know the link.

Thanks

Fingers and everything crossed for Saturday

On course for about 28K, that's about 3-4K short of what we could have expected, mostly due to the 10K ST's that didn't buy (at least not by their deadline), will the 10K skip Wembley too I wonder??

One more game then if we fail everyone can moan after

So the point you decide to pack in is a play off semi final rather than 2 years ago when we were being Royally shafted and bottom of the league, or last season when the same happened? It is embarrassing, its beyond embarrassing, I just hope I never hear the words "best fans in the land" ever mutterd again as its complete horse shit. I absolutely gaurantee every other club, in every division will get their biggest crowds of the season in the play off semis. We as a club are on for our lowest home gate of the season. That is both embarrassing and a disgrace.

Have to say if I were the owners then I would certainly start questioning what I had got into, they are starting to see what our fans are really like when things dont go their way. Too many self entitled arseholes letting down the brilliant core we have.

Well said

I’ve said it before but I’ll say it again, this game is difficult to get to for exiles with 30% of our season card holders living outside of a northeast post code. A London based fan for instance would normally travel up on Saturday morning have a couple of drinks then travel home in evening, the timing of this game would entail an overnight stay for the same fan and with the half marathon on its impossible to find a hotel room at anything approaching reasonable prices. The result is that the timing of the ko has had a significant affect on ticket sales
