A lot of the attendance obsessed posters on here are completely detached from reality it seems. Thousands gave the new regime and management another go but they’ve fucked up and hence demand has dropped. 5th in league one isn’t going to get 30k odd.

Unfortunately I think this is true.

This is my take on this and i will ignore all idiotic and rude replies ..... if you support safc and simply choose not to go on Saturday (health , financial and logistical resons excluded)you are a lesser supporter than those who turn up to watch the dross on show and no amount of excuses changes that!Nobody is excited about turning out to watch the crap that is division one football but if your a true safc supporter its what you do!
Correct but what people fail to acknowledge is not everyone gives a fuck.

So of the 40,000 crowd only a couple of weeks ago, 10-15,000 since then have decided as one that the owners have had their chance and that’s that??

Accepting as always some can’t make it, but i don’t accept it for the majority who aren’t going. Some are a bit pissed off at the finish and simply can’t be arsed. Plus it is live on the pub on a Saturday day night. Not many will admit this and put it down instead to some voting with their feet movement.

I’m not obsessed about the attendance still looking forward to going but think it is a poor show when the team needs all the backing it can get.

Ah now I get it

Yep not everyone cares as much as you. Having said that I am going but I know season ticket holders who aren’t for a variety of reasons.

Seems like a lower crowd than I was expecting. Having said that it’s a crap kick off time especially for anyone living outside the region on a day we weren’t expecting a game and potentially a couple of weeks before another expensive trip to London. I’d guess the second leg would have been more popular, nothing can be decided in this one. Can see why some might decide not to go.
