Really disgusted with this, I'm normally not arsed about how many we get for home games because I'm a season ticket holder myself and have the opinion that as long as I'm there I don't give a fuck who goes

But what boils my piss is the amount of band wagon Cup final "fans" who couldn't wait to pay for a ticket, the cost of the journey down to London not to mention a hotel if needed but the fuckers can't be arsed to go to the SoL for the most important home game for years.

No wonder we give the mags the ammunition to take the piss because if it was the other way round there would be thread after thread on here taking the piss out of them

Just wait, if we get through to Wembley again we will have loads of threads on here with people trying to justify why they should get a ticket. The fact they couldn’t be arsed to get to the SOL for this game will be forgotten in their sense of entitlement to be there for the glory games.

With hindsight, the club should have incentivised this game, by saying that attendance would put you in with a better chance of a Wembley ticket.

Why don’t they say, let’s follow the lads after a it’s Sunderland till I die or is that just a load of bollocks - I despair

they can still do that

I suppose they could announce the potential Wembley allocation process early in the morning. Phase 1 - ST Holders with a Semi Final Ticket, Phase 2 - Anyone with a SF ticket or ST, Phase 3 - Anyone with a purchase history.

You'd risk some going in a proper huff, but they seem to have done that anyway.

Well i'm not having a go....You pay your money, you take your choice, either way.....It's the pit village posters, calling fans plastic, etc....They do protest too uch.

Nobody who lives in Sunderland, says they support Sunderland and can afford to go has any excuse for not going.......Anybody able to and choose not to is an utter disgrace and is a plastic MOFO and worse than mags who would fill their ground, end of.

I’m the same mate - I take the kids so the costs can add up quickly. To save a few quid, I’ve booked everything in advance, including travel, but can cancel if we don’t get there.

I know I’m in a minority, but I can see a big performance on Saturday. The players seem to really dislike Pompey and I fully expect them to be up for it.

Said all week, we will win this semi final comfortably.

Me pal went to the ticket office earlier to get two tickets for me whilst I was at graft, they said no as she has no purchase history. Fortunately the bloke behind intervened and sorted the tickets, however had no idea it would be an issue. Think they’d want as many tickets sold as poss?

The purchase history thing is to prevent Portsmouth fans buying home end tickets. As they haven't sold their allocation yet and we are struggling to shift as many as we would have hoped someone has clearly shown some common sense and intervened.
