Perhaps it has something to do with the occupancy of grounds at home games. Sold out versus half empty. Clearly currently more interest in one than the other.

How do they compare to a similar station, e.g. BBC Radio Solent. They have Portsmouth and Bournemouth to cover.

Couldn't find their schedule so perhaps someone local to there could answer.

Anyway saw this which may be of interest to you.

Then why has it only recently changed? Our attendances have been steady as the best ever at this level.

Steady half empty is still half empty. I can see that it is irritating for some but isn't there always a way around it?

Anyway isn't the real problem here is that the club has been allowed to sleepwalk into league one and then get comfortable there. If you want to have a go at someone/something then take it out on whoever owns the club. Watching your fall from the premiership was funny at first but it is now beyond a joke. I love and hate derby days with a passion. Currently there's only one club to blame for the lack of a premiership derby game in the North East and that's you lot. It's about time you got your finger out and sorted it.

None of that is the point of the thread, plenty other threads to talk about that.

And it's never half empty.

Some of you would rather be pedantic fools than admit reality. It's up to you to get back to the top flight and until you do stop whining that BBC are not giving you equal airtime locally. I'm surprised more hasn't been made of them listing league one below women's football nationally.
