Disagree with this…i dont see Neil confusing the players with jargon like LJ….similarly I can see Neil being angry if things havnt gone well ( a la Keano ) whereas LJ would just be apologetic and let the same thing happen the next weekFor me he (Neil) is next best candidate. My only worry is that on the swingometer he's probably a bit closer to LJ than to Keane and I believe what we need right now is a Keanesque straight talking motivator. Straighten them up or ship them out. If Neil gravitate towards too much football this division will catch him out.
