I'd like to buy a ticket for their gig in September at fabric but I'm not sure I'll be living in London at that point!
The first couple of songs they've released from the album are excellent. Looking forward to it. As an aside, discovered City of the Sun eponymous debut the other day, really enjoyed it.boygenius this Friday. Looking forward to that and Gunnersbury Park

Boy Genius just announced a fairly massive outdoor gig in Dublin, very surprised at the size of the venue, are they just basing this on Phoebes populairty now? I know boy genius and really like their stuff but kinda presumed they'd be playing a medium sized indoor venue.boygenius this Friday. Looking forward to that and Gunnersbury Park

Apparently they have a load of 'half written' stuff that maybe sees the light of day?Phoebe is massive, but Julien and Lucy are both pretty well known too
Will be interesting to see if they just do boygenius stuff, as they haven’t even released an album yet! (an EP doesn’t count)
you'd think the promoters have done their due dilligence alright am just surprised, for example the last few gigs there last summer were Liam Gallagher, The Frames (who are massive in Ireland) and Forbidden Fruit which is an annual three day festival.Phoebe is massive, but Julien and Lucy are both pretty well known too
