As much as I dreamed of playoffs, at the beginning of the season I predicted this would happen in December even with the choice of strikers we had. It’s just shifted right due to the winter World Cup break.

it’s not fixable with such a small squad of players to pick from.

He can’t the model is wrong we need to sign players who are having their best years while at the club 👍 far to reliant on the promise of the young players not enough experience in the squad and no fit strikers for over half a season

I mean, have a like mate but this is easy to sit and write.
Get a better manager, get more experience in the side (when you can see we lack experience because our experienced players are injured), have an opposite transfer policy while this one hasnt worked for the last four games, oh and spend loads of money.

Not once did I say spend loads of money

There will be some good for value experienced players available
 
They going to have to bite the bullet and sign a free agent striker
Otherwise lot are going to turn against them and undo all the great work, season ticket renewal time coming up

You can get away with playing those 4 as long as you have another proper cm in there instead of Pritchard. Neil was really poor today but he was also left covering the width of the pitch and cover ridiculous amount of players as Pritchard was roaming around. Even Roberts was dropping further back than Pritchard

Dan Neil was effectively in midfield on his own and had a mare today unfortunately. He needed Michut or O9 or Ekwah alongside him. Having Pritchard & Roberts dropping back in at times just didn't work as they kept losing the ball easily and the team lacked any balance going forward. Poor day at the office today for many players.

I will have played at a higher level than you pal and I can guarantee all three of those goals would have happened from those situations irrespective of it Stewart or another striker was on the pitch

Since you are a footballing guru talk me through those situations and how a striker would have prevented them please…
 
Bet there not many teams if any that have played most of the season without a centre forward.

I'm not saying it's not a problem but not having any control of the midfield is worse which means the only thing you can do is play long ball and well...

We have way too many wingers who are near identical and are all soft. Man City etc win from the midfield not banging balls over the top. If we had a decent striker today, they'd just mark them to pieces and we'd just lob them up over and over again anyway as the midfield was piss poor (we did it anyway).
