Mowbray

I guarantee you haven't PAL, you aren't listening , I'm saying having no striker affects you from kick off and dictates your whole performance. You just can't grasp the fact we are playing games without a striker. Bet you haven't played in many if at all in while of your footballing life, if you've played at such a high level. Have you?

JESUS how can you control midfield when they can commit more as we have jack shit up front and could potentially just leave one at back as gelhardt is going to do no one with pace

Because we have players like Amad, Clarke, Prichard and Roberts who will tear you apart if you give them space to do so. None of them want the ball in the air. There's also the counter argument that when you have a crap midfield you leave the defenders completely exposed which then drags the like of Roberts back (who can't really defend) and you're pegged in bar runs to nowhere and you might aswell have the whole team in defence which happened today then you start lobbing the ball out as everyone is shit scared and there's no control.

And Mowbray said he wanted one of them as well. What did Speakman do sweet FA. All he wants is young players

Aye no arguments mate, I blame recruitment badly.

@MiserableMackem Blackburn fans. What did you all tell me (and I agreed with) about Mowbray and his February/March avalanche? You were all spot on, wholeheartedly and absolutely correct.

looks like coming true..

Not that exact situation , but maybe build ups before then, then they are leaving how to get through us after every situation. Dont patronise me mate. When you say trasitions, could be when we are trying to attack they are totally compact and we have no outlet at all. I'm sure you said not having a striker is no excuse, but then you admit it makes a differenceπŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚I give up your just arguing for sake of it and your 4 seasons in the wearside leagueπŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Listen Pele, you are talking shite I’m not going to get into a cock waving contest with a Sunday league bench warmer.

If the word transition is patronising to you I suggest you are not that bright.

You still can’t answer me on the situations that arose and how they would have been prevented
We have no physical players apart from O9 who had an absolute shocker when he came on.With a bid striker we would not have lost that game.Anyone who blames Mowbray is in my view moronic.

So he’s blameless? Interesting

Completely fucked us over not replacing simms, evans and stewart mind.
Especially the way we struggled earlier without one...f***ing disgusting recruitment tbh.
Edit: i mean a striker.

It will work against some teams

No man they are WINGERS they are bot centre of goal who they can target and there is no outlet at all if you need get someone to ease pressure and hold up pitch like stewart does or some times he will just out run them and get an oppourtunity. We haven't got that at all. Can you not see that? Please tell me you can?
Resigning would help
Any ideas who we could get who'll do a better job without a striker?

I can bet most other good managers would have pushed for another striker. To be content with only Stewart before his injury was the real mistake. A 2 day scramble after that was just the end result.

And you can’t just use not having a striker as an excuse for conceding 5 at home. Would Stewart have stopped all of those goals? Even if we had Stewart today if we play like that we get battered.

He’s ran the squad into the ground and doesn’t have an R&R regime in place to recover between games, hence the massive fatigue levels. Funny but I’m sure all of these other teams who are less knackered than us have played the same amount of games this season

Hawey man he's introduced babies into the team. Remember he's a coach not a manager he isn't signing the players he's working with what he's given.

The striker situation is nothing short of embarrassing for those wright are responsible, they’ve stitched him up to be honest and he’ll be fall guy
Teams have β€˜found us out’ now a manager like Mowbray hasn’t got it in him to be pragmatic grind results out, at times like these it’s what’s needed, he’s very much an β€˜express yourself’
We rated Neil for his pragmatism game management, he nailed us to a tee today
We didn’t have an answer both management or On the field

Which I've already said is an issue aswell...? But it doesn't change the fact that the midfield is a problem aswell. There's plenty types of strikers aswell, it's rare you can find someone who can hold the ball up and be a decent goal scorer at the same - it's either or usually. Getting someone Stewarts quality in January was never going to happen.

You keep seem to miss the point I'm saying both are an issue but without any form of midfield then a striker won't do anything as the ball was never up there in the first place today.

Yip your spot on he will be the fall guy. I just can't understand how people can't accept we have had one striker on our books in about 3 seasonsπŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Why can’t we compete with the likes of Luton we must be pulling in three times as much money at least, we need to add some experience to this very young squad or we will waste their talents
Luton are a relative exception working wonders on a very small budget. I dont disagree that we need some more experience in this team though.

I wish he'd do his interviews before he has his biscuits. He always looks as if he's trying to get something out that's stuck between his teeth.

We get ball forward plenty but we run out of ideas in final third. Your missing the point we have nowt up top so can commit more bodies going forward flooding midfield or flanks. Midfield wasn't too bad when we had stewart or simms give or take a game.
