It was Stanley Baldwin in 1935. Which bar twice under keegan was 9 years after the last time you finished in the top 2 (you did win it) of English football, in 1926, when the prime minister was also Stanley Baldwin.
I really struggle to see how throwing away a league title is something to be proud of though, all other clubs fans still reference it as an embarrassing implosion, yet you melts are proud of it.
