Funny how boxing fans have a tendency to forget about the credit somebody would've been due prior to a big win, versus after. The credit always seems to fade :lol:. Even Fury v Wilder I - people forget how Fury was considered by many to be absolutely f***ing mental to take that fight soon in to his come back after who he'd fought.

I was a fan mate not as much as now but i was and your right with what your saying and your kinda saying the same as me by saying Fury shocked him, very few expected Fury to do that do Wlad and in part thats because Wlad had walked through plenty of fighters that werent all that and disnt know quite how to handle a massive mental and physical challenge that is Fury

aye. That’s a narrative that I believe boxing fans are guilty of. Fighters for me bring a different passion from proper fans. particularity when you connect with one.


(already conceded I’ll have done this to a degree, especially my days on Eastside boxing with American fans. Nevermind sherdog, got lifetime ip address ban the bastards)

Btw. Didn’t mean ‘fan’ as disrespectful. More the lad was a f***ing good fighter. Can only beat what’s infront if you. And I repeat at the time fury wasn’t seen as the massive mental and physical presence he is now.

100%. I think he sussed AJ out quite easily last time and now he has the whole motivation of giving everyone in Ukraine a boost as well so its going to take the fight of AJs life to stop usyk nailing him

AJ needs to do two things if he wants to win:

- Work the body
- Shoot his shots at the same time Usyk is shooting his.

Trying to attack Usyk once he's finished throwing is pointless, needs to try and throw with Usyk. Only people who look good against Loma and Usyk are those who can do this.

Absolutely. He's one of the most in-tune fighters on the planet.

Regarding AJ, I do think Garcia is a good choice for what his best chance is against Usyk. I really rate him as a trainer

Will be interesting to see how Garcia handles training a big man as I was looking at who he's trained and I think Super middle weight is as high as he has gone with notable fighters.
