If you had to pick a low and high water mark where would they be?

Always done better dene/ target on flood/ first of ebb
Whitburn beach/ steel low water probs but tbh i usually only bother with mudhole area but obvs its a high water shot
There was a lad killed on sheels pier 40+ years agoThat made me feel sick
Once got a lead weight straight between the eyes (lucky escape) massive egg appeared, got caught on the tree roots on opposite bank.
Lessons learnt now.

I heard it was a crack off , not sure what cast it was

I got lessons on pendulum casting from a bloke from Whitburn.
He was really good, and also helped with my off the ground casting too.
I'm like Danny Moeskops now - no horizon is safe!
How did he nar it was a 5lb'er when he couldn't see it.....Fish jumps at 6:12 down the bottom of the stretch and he misses itwouldn't mind a day on that beat to be honest

I got home yesterday, what a great fortnight, lots of really good trout nothing big this trip but we fished some great waters, mixed weather with some heavy rain and Thunder

No, it's an R.L.Winston.
Here is a photo I took of our secret Loch, it's unedited it might take a minute or two to figure out, it's a fair trek and only really possible to get to if you have a good 4WD for the first 8 miles followed by an hour's walk.

It is, it can make the fishing difficult when there is no wind, I've been looking at that photo in detail, I half expected I would see a trout.

I've never seen any signs but I expect it gets fished a few times a season.

Went on the Thames yesterday, catching Roach, small Chub and Skimmer Bream on the feeder.
Pike then move in, smashed me twice, caught it eventually around 3lb nothing big and incredible it never bit through the line.
I released it into a nearby gravel pit that runs parallel to the river.
Weather awful and only person on a mile stretch late afternoon.

Went in this place the other day in Niagara, huge store with a 9 foot tall fishtank filled with 2-6kg trout inside.

I got home last Saturday, pulled my rucksack from the boot, took my outboard from the back seats and collapsed into a chair, Sunday I noticed I hadn't locked the car doors but thought nothing about it, Wednesday I went out to bring in my rods and then I noticed some slimy f***in tosser has helped himself to 2 fly rods and my Oakley sunglasses, if I find out who it was ...
