Michael Vaughan

Ooof he's cooked now. Rashid is very very well respected in the game.
So is Michael Vaughan.

Why do folk believe one bloke over another with no actual evidence?

I am wondering if it's something to do with a certain bloke putting a cross in a different box to theirs on election Day.

If found guilty, then he deserves what's coming, but until then surely he deserves less flak.

That's what I was thinking, or am I missing something?
Yes. No-one is pointing to the passage in his book for corroboration that he was racist. We have that, and he's hardly going to be racist in his book. What it shows is that it's an event that was noteworthy to him so he can't say he has no recollection of it.

It's starting to look very uncomfortable for him
Rashid, Rafiq and Naved-ul-Hasan
Yeah, I'm just saying that there was an initial claim where it was one person's word against another and now there have been two corroborations of that (three people in total)

I think it’s to do with the slurry of tweets that have racist undertones.

Also, wouldn’t who you vote for have a lot to do with your stance on race? Like if you vote right then you’re more likely to hold right wing views? You don’t get many ‘woke’ members of society going BNP/UKIP, for example.

well it’s 3 versions against 1. Then when you factor in he’s a right winger, anti immigration, tweeted that he would need to learn a new language to be understood in London, suggested Moeen should be asking random Asians in they are terrorists and was alone in defending De Kock during the World Cup then it’s easy to see why people might not take his side on this.

Fair enough

Rashid has had a few issues with Yorkshire and kept quiet the fact he had backed this up for me is telling. Im awaiting a steve smith style press conference from Vaughan sometime soon
