If Howe had the "better" interview, that means they interviewed Emery, without his clubs knowledge. Methinks Caulkin has just thrown himself off a high tower
The noises coming out of Spain is he was interested. He expected the Mags to approach Villarreal and their president. Once they did he'd tell the club he is interested in the NUFC job and wants to speak to them. Basically Emery expected them to go through the proper channels.

It seems Emery got the hump over them telling the media he was about to take the job without speaking to Villarreal or before he had a chance to speak to their president.

Absolutely typical of the sycophantic hypocrisy from the media over the Mags takeover. Major sponsors deserting Yorkshire CC like rats leaving a sinking ship-be interesting to see if similar happens to NUFC although you’d think it’d have happened by now-their sponsors probably solely interested in the Mags becoming high profile and them getting more exposure for their products!

It’s all sick.
In last Sundays mail a journalist contacted the top 8 sponsors of mags. 7 declined to comment.

The piece was opposite Oliver Holts scathing piece on them
"Your name is Gary Ballance and I claim my fiver".
