Yakuza

I'm about 35 hours into 0, think I've only just started chapter 8. Keep getting distracted with substories and some mini games, no way I'm going to 100% it though. Really enjoying it. Hope they all stay on Gamepass long enough to make my way all the way through

Hopefully Judgement and it's new sequel come to Gamepass as well at some point
I'm still on chapter 7 and nearly 100 hours in. I've completed the real estate and cabaret quests now so will be pretty much main lining the rest. Can't be bothered with pool, poker, karaoke etc.

Tbh with the real estate stuff I've only done it a couple of times and only played the cabaret one about 4 times I think. It's massive like  I'm kind of glad the rest of the games aren't quite as long from what I've read, other than the newest one

I got addicted to both so have spent about 2 weeks grinding like fuck. Our lass thinks I'm a right weirdo because of the cabaret game. They're the quickest way to make big money.

Started playing Yakuza 0 for the first time last week, my first Yakuza game. 10 hours in and i'm absolutely loving it, but the game is absolutely bonkers  have barely progressed in the story, just been doing Karaoke and dance offs man. Quality.

I'm on chapter 14 of Yakuza 0. It is the first one I have played properly too. It is crackers. Some really strange humour in it. The story is really good though. I haven't bothered much with most of the minigames but there a 3 that I really got into and a fourth one that looks like a grind but will probably do as well.
Whatever happened to @genericus anyway?!

Just realised Genericus is back posting under a new username.

Is he? Fair play, good that he's still on here.

Only noticed as I was posting from my laptop which I rarely do and his signature states who he is.

Just finished Yakuza 0 there. 144 hours and only about 75% completion points. The story is class and I can't wait to start the next one. The cutscenes and credits at the end go on for ages as well.

Just finished 6. Very good and certainly back to form after 3, 4 and 5. Certainly helped that it was on the new engine and playing one character.

Maybe 3rd best after Zero and Kiwami 2 for me

Are 3, 4 and 5 a proper slog? I finished 0 yesterday and will be starting Kiwami either tonight or tomorrow.

I found some parts of them quite boring and it's a bit of a shock to the system going from Kiwami 2, which is on the new engine, back to the clunky older games.

I was going to go back to Judgement (played a couple hours ages ago) after but just downloaded Like a Dragon so gona start that up.

It's a long way until you get there like. Probably about 90 hours if you do a decent amount of side stuff in the next two games. You might want a change of pace anyway.

I think I played Zero, Kiwami 1 and 2 pretty much back to back but it's taken me about 2 more year to get through 3, 4, 5 and 6.

I'm hoping I don't find 3, 4 and 5 too much of a slog when I do get to them. Still really enjoying 0

the main story is so good all the way through in Zero like
been playing Like a Dragon for a few hours and seems decent. Interested to see how the combat scales further into the game.

Another game I am struggling to get into, 0 that is. The lack of autosave and no voice sometimes when the characters are speaking isn't drawing me in. Think I am on chapter 3, main character is trying to get a hostess from another club.
